I apply the Natique Night Cream after using the 4 steps and within one week I have noticed a visible difference in both the texture and look of my skin. My skin feels wonderful, very soft and supple.

I will never go without the Natique Night Cream again. At my age I can use all of the moisture that I can get:-)

October 6, 2011 marked the 2-year anniversary of my becoming totally smoke-free. I realize that our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, but would like to thank Vitamark International for our great natural products. They truly help!

I’m especially grateful for Limu Plus® and Herbal Calming, as I feel they were very helpful in my finally conquering my 39-year nicotine addiction. I increased my normal Limu Plus (2 oz. daily) to 2 oz. each morning and evening, with a healthy extra “slug” between whenever the stress and cravings got too intense. I was also taking 2 Herbal Calming 4 times daily (early morning, lunch, dinner & bedtime), with a couple extra during the day only if needed.

During this time I was experiencing a number of other life changes, including the loss of my dream home in a divorce, so the stress levels were incredible. I was also taking VitaOne®and a number of other products suggested by Jana Mitchum to get and keep my body in balance during this two-year period, which I think has helped considerably in my staying a non-smoker, and more important – not killing anyone!

In previous years I had tried everything from gum to patches to pills… even hypnotism. I never got beyond the 30 day mark, and I was NOT a nice person to be around while “trying to quit.” Although I can’t say it was really easy this time, these products and the loving support of several members of my Vitamark family got me through and I am now gratefully and forever a Non-Smoker.

All my life, I have had very oily skin with large pores and had to be very careful of what was put on my face. It would breakout within minutes sometimes of using something that was heavy and greasy. I also had some skin damage at the base of my neck caused by too much sun in my twenties (several years ago). At the convention I picked up the Natique and to my surprise the spot on my neck has lessened. It was raised and angry looking and I thought for sure that a dermatologist was needed but no longer. It is slowly fading and is completely flat.

I would never use all the steps on my entire face because of it being so oily. I couldn’t possibly see using step 3, especially on my nose. I would end up with one big pimple. Then one month, I heard Tom Mitcham talk about how he would not use step 3 on his nose but after being convinced to try, he was greatly pleased with the results. So, okay, I would try and it has made my face feel so smooth, including my nose and the pores even seem to be smaller. Now I use Steps 1,2,4 and 3 in that order and sometimes spray my face with IS Defense between 2 and 4.

Thank you, Vitamark. I won’t be without Natique and keep the health shows coming. I learn so much on each one.

Last September 1, 2011 when I had blood drawn for my Lipid Panel the numbers were not good as they had risen from the previous year to an all time high. Now, since taking C-Lipid Support on a regular basis for six months, they all are back within normal limits. My total cholesterol dropped from 280 to 196; dHDL (good) went up from 65 to 73; LDL (bad) dropped from 194 to 104; and triglycerides from 194 to 97. The Doctor couldn’t believe it. He wanted to know what I did. I told him I watched my weight (lost a little) and took C-Lipid Support regularly as recommended. He thought it was outstanding. I was elated. Six months before, he wanted me to take one of the man-made statin drugs and I told him I wanted to do it with nutritional supplements. After much discussion, he had said okay.
